Hi everyone! It’s Friday and it looks like the sun is coming! Woot! Today we have the first real rainbow colour for you: red. I was kinda pissed off that I have at least 4 untried red holos to use and it has been raining since Tuesday! In the end this morning (still raining) I picked up this lovely shimmery red from OPI: The Spy Who Loved Me. It had kind of a jellish formula but two coats are enough for full coverage. The application was extremely smooth and I didn’t even need to do any clean up. I am actually torn about what the finish is. I could swear it’s a red with golden shimmer from the bottle, but I’m keen to say there are actually flecks in there!
Needless to say 3 hours later the sun appeared. Well I actually can’t bother too much because this polish is just gorgeous! I couldn’t pick its real depth in pictures, blame to me. The first one was shot indoors and it’s the closest to reality.
Ciao a tutti! E’ venerdì e pare stia uscendo il sole. Evviva! Oggi abbiamo il primo vero colore dell’arcobaleno da farvi vedere: il rosso. Sono un po’ scocciata che avevo almeno 4 rossi olografici da poter provare e ha sempre piovuto da martedì. Alla fine stamattina, pioveva ancora, ho optato per un rosso shimmer: l’OPI The Spy Who Loved Me. Ha un finish che tende al jelly ma è perfettamente coprente in due passate. Stenderlo è stato una bazzecola, liscio come il burro. Non ho nemmeno dovuto fare pulizia attorno alle cuticole! Ah, a dirla tutta sono un po’ indecisa sul finish. Dalla boccetta sembra un rosso con shimmer dorato, in realtà direi che si tratta più di flecks che di shimmer.
Come ho detto adesso, 3 ore dopo che l’ho messo, sta uscendo il sole. Te pareva? Però non posso proprio lamentarmi perchè è davvero bello. Mi spiace che le foto non rendano al 100%. La prima è stata fatta al coperto ed è la più realistica.
This is probably the first shimmery red I really love. I can only suggest you get it before it’s gone as it was part of the old 2012 Skyfall collection.

Credo che questo smalto sia il primo rosso shimmer che mi piace davvero. Posso solo consigliarvelo finchè si trova ancora. Infatti è un po’ vecchiotto: collezione Skyfall 2012.
