Hi everyone! Today I want to show you the nail art I first prepared for last Friday’s post and that I didn’t pick for the Rainbow Ladies series in the end.
Ciao a tutti! Oggi vi faccio vedere la nail art che avevo preparato per venerdì, salvo poi scartarla.
I started with two coats of Joe Fresh Teal, a very pretty shimmery dusty blue. This is the reason why I didn’t use it in the end, it’s not a teal despite its name! However it really deserved a post because I think it’s lovely. The shimmer is not very visible but it’s there. The formula is just amazing, too!
Ho cominciato con due passate di Joe Fresh Teal, un bel blu polvere shimmer. Il motivo per cui alla fine non l’ho usato per le Rainbow Ladies è proprio questo: non è un teal nonostante il nome! Però è davvero un bello smalto e si meritava un suo post :D Lo shimmer non è molto visibile ma c’è, la qualità poi è davvero ottima.
I stamped over it with Peripera P019 and a DRK plate. The final look was quite teal but I feel like cheating with the base not being right! The weather was also quite bad when I took the pics so they don’t really make justice to the colours :) I think it was a pretty stamping attempt!
Ci ho stampato sopra con il Peripera P019 e una plate DRK. Il risultato finale era abbastanza giusto come colore, ma dato che la base non lo era mi sembrava di barare! Il tempo è stato brutto mentre avevo su questa stampa quindi i colori non rendono al meglio, un peccato. Cmq mi piace!
