Today I am showing you one of the new 60 permanent shades from Kiko. This is Kiko 493 Vino Perlato, a beautiful red foil. Unfortunately I had no luck with weather and I wasn’t at home when I wore it so I can’t show you any photo under sunlight.
Kiko polishes usually last well on me and that’s why I use them during my week-ends away. This one though wasn’t as good as I expected. I used two coats plus top coat and I had chipping the day after. Foil is not a delicate finish so I wasn’t expecting such a short lasting at all to be honest. Even as a pedi, I had chipping after 4 or 5 days, which is really bad because polish on my toenails lasts easily 3 weeks or so!
Other that its lasting power, which can be personal to me, the colour itself is a classic and the finish makes it shiny and deep. A nice bonus to my collection.

Oggi vi faccio vedere uno dei nuovi smalti che Kiko ha aggiunto di recente alla sua gamma. Questo è il Kiko 493 Vino Perlato, un bellissimo rosso foil. Purtroppo il tempo non è stato clemente e non ero a casa mentre l’avevo sulle unghie quindi non ho potuto fare foto alla luce.
Gli smalti Kiko di solito durano parecchio sulle mie unghie ed è il motivo per cui li scelgo quando sono fuori per il fine settimane. Purtroppo però questo non si è rivelato all’altezza degli altri. Ho dato due passate + il top coat e il giorno dopo avevo già delle scheggiature. Il finish foil non è particolarmente delicato quindi non me lo aspettavo proprio. Anche sulle unghie dei piedi si è scheggiato dopo 4 o 5 giorni, quando di solito sto tranquilla per 3 settimane!
A parte la sua durata, che può essere un problema mio, il colore è un classico e il finish lo rende brillante e molto intenso. Una bella aggiunta alla mia collezione.
