Last Monday I showed you NYC Chelsea and I told you I just don’t like shimmery reds on my nails. I didn’t want to take it off immediately though. I could try to tweak it first!
I picked up some new water decals I got from BornPrettyStore. There is this super elegant pattern with roses and a wire that seemed perfect to go with red nails. And perfect it was!

Lunedì vi ho fatto vedere il NYC Chelsea dicendovi che non mi piace il rosso shimmer sulle unghie. Non volevo toglierlo prima di dargli una seconda chance però. Modificandolo ovviamente!
Ho scelto degli adesivi che ho ricevuto da BornPrettyStore che hanno un’immagine molto elegante di rose e rete. Mi sembravano perfetti da mettere sul rosso. E così è stato!

I loved this look and I didn’t want to take it off! On day 3 I had some minor chip wear on my tips so I covered them a little bit and used top coat once again. But this time I used an Essence useless tc (glow in UV) that already surprised me once and yay! It surprised me once again!! It turned the black decals into blue. So I had this whole new look and I liked it even better than the black & red. Isn’t it gorgeous?
Mi sono piaciute così tanto in questo modo che non volevo toglierle. Al terzo giorno però avevo le punte un po’ consumate. Allora ho fatto una riparazione volante e ci ho aggiunto del top coat. Però questa volta ho usato l’inutile “Mi accendo solo in discoteca” di Essence (lo vedete in foto). Mi aveva sorpresa già una volta e lo ha fatto di nuovo! Ha trasformato il nero degli adesivi in blu creando un look tutto nuovo. Mi è piaciuto anche più del primo!

There’s only a downside in these decals. This is the whole stripe that I used on four nails. I guess they are not meant to be used for the full nail, but cut to mimic a broken wire. Or alternated with the stripe above this one maybe? Not sure honestly. But other than that I loved the pattern!
C’è solo un punto a sfavore di questi stickers. Su queste 4 unghie ho usato una striscia intera, quindi immagino che non siano pensati per l’unghia intera. Forse tagliati a mimare una rete rotta, oppure in combinazione con la striscia di adesivi sopra. Non lo so! Ma a parte questo l’immagine che ho usato mi piace davvero moltissimo!
