Hi everyone! Weather sucks over here and I had to re-do my Y mani three times before I could come up with something camera-friendly with dark light. I must say Y is the toughest letter for me. I have very few polishes with this letter in my stash. In the end I went for Sally Hansen Yellow Kitty. This is two coats of it. Formula is a bit on the watery side but I must admit I am really liking this brand. It likes my nails chemistry! | Ciao a tutti! Ne ho pochissime. Alla fine ho scelto il Sally Hansen Yellow Kitty. Queste sono due passate. La consistenza è leggermente liquida ma devo dire che questa marca mi sta piacendo molto. Va d’accordo con le mie unghie evidentemente! |
Then I added a gradient with Mi-Ny Tormalina Gialla, which means Yellow Tourmaline, so double yellow. This polish is very dear to me for its name. Long story, I will eventually share it with you some time :) Btw, Mi-Ny is a yound Italian brand which I only have two polishes of. I’ve heard really good reviews about it but it’s a bit on the expensive side. | Poi ho aggiunto una gradient col Mi-Ny Tormalina Gialla. Questo smalto mi è molto caro per via del nome. E’ una storia lunga che magari prima o poi vi racconterò. La Mi-Ny è una marca abbastanza nuova di cui ho solo due smalti, ma di cui ho sentito parlare molto bene. Per me è un filo troppo costosa però. |
And last my latest addiction: I love glitters over gradients! Here I used Ninja Polish Sticks’n’Stones on my middle and pimkie, and L’Oreal Confettis on my index and ring. They are indeed different if you are wondering. But nobody probably needs two black and white matte glitters, even if they differ. | Come ultima cosa ho aggiunto dei glitter. Ebbene la mia ultima fissa è mettere i glitter sulle gradient! Qui ho usato su medio e mignolo il Ninja Polish Sticks’n’Stones e su anulare e indice il L’Oreal Confettis. Sono diversi e lo potete vedere da voi. Ma direi che nessuno ha bisogno di due glitter matte bianchi e neri, anche se sono differenti. |
That was it! I am actually loving this mani and it fits the bad weather. Wearing a holo would be useless right now I guess. *sighs* And now let’s get inspired by the other awesome ladies! | E questo è quanto!
