Astra Make-Up released some new shades to add to their Expert Gel Effect collection. I went to the store as soon as they announced them on their Facebook page and I was quite lucky to find all of them but one, that was already sold out. I was a good girl and I only picked up one shade (together with a newly released concealer actually).
This is Astra Expert Gel Effect n. 28 Sexy Metal, a wonderful eggplant purple full of microglitters. The glitters are actually impalpable and they gave me no issues upon removal. They add such a gorgeous depth though, I felt like having a galaxy on my nails!
These are two easy coats + top coat.

Astra Make-Up ha aggiunto qualche nuovo colore alla linea di smalti Expert Gel Effect. Appena l’ho letto sulla loro pagina Facebook sono passata in negozio e sono stata abbastanza fortunata! Ho trovato tutti i colori tranne uno, che era già esaurito. Però sono stata brava, mi sono limitata a uno smalto… e a uno dei nuovi correttori :D
Questo è Astra Expert Gel Effect n. 28 Sexy Metal, un bellissimo viola pieno di microglitter. I glitter sono impalpabili e non danno problemi nella rimozione, in compenso aggiungono una profondità non indifferente a questo smalto! Mi sembrava di avere un’intera galassia sulle unghie.
Queste sono due semplici passate + top coat.
Once again I have to point that these are no real gels. It’s standard nail polish that’s meant to look like gel. That promise is really delivered for the cremes from this collection, I can’t really find any difference in a glitter though!
Astra Make-Up is an Italian brand that I remember existing since I was a kid. It was considered a cheap easy brand. In the last few years they really updated their products and quality and I am a big fan of what they are doing now! Prices are still low, but quality is really good.

Vi ricordo sempre che questi non sono veri gel, sono solo smalti EFFETTO gel. Cosa che effettivamente si vede subito per le lacche di questa serie, per i glitter non saprei proprio vedere differenze se devo essere onesta!
Ricordo l’estistenza di Astra Make-Up già da quando ero piccola, è sempre stata considerata una marca da poco, sia di prezzo che di qualità. Invece negli ultimi due anni ha fatto un vero e proprio balzo in avanti, sta lanciando nuovi prodotti sempre migliori. Al momento sono una loro grande fan. Il prezzo è ancora basso ma la qualità sta salendo davvero!
