E’ un po’ che non vi parlo di TNS Firenze, il brand italiano che più amo. Direi quindi che è ora di presentarvi la nuova collezione Autunno-Inverno 2017 chiamata Pop Italiano e ispirata al made in Italy.

Materiali e texture che ricordano la moda e il design nazionale si trasformano in colori da indossare sulle unghie.”
Personalmente, se penso all’artigianato e al design mi viene subito in mente la pelletteria, da grande amante di scarpe e borse quale sono. E per me il colore per eccellenza nel periodo invernale è senza dubbio il marrone testa di moro. Quando ho letto che TNS ha creato uno smalto ispirato a questa tonalità di marrone l’ho subito desiderato, ed oggi ve lo mostro sul blog.
TNS Testa di Moro* (codice 524) è un marrone non troppo scuro con una fortissima componente rossa. Sotto certe luci sembra quasi una tonalità di malva, davvero particolare. La stesura è agevole come sempre, ma ho trovato questo smalto meno coprente di altri colori TNS provati in passato. Mi sono fermata a due passate personalmente, ma ne consiglio una terza per una migliore omogeneità del colore. L’asciugatura è rapida ed il finish lucido.

If you follow my blog you know I am Italian and I love supporting Italian brands over here. My very favourite Italian brand when it comes to nail polish is TNS Cosmetics Firenze, which is a salon brand.
TNS just released their new Fall-Winter collection which is inspired to made in Italy, craftwork, design, fashion, you all know what that means worldwide. Personally when I think of all these things my mind immediately goes to leather shoes and bags. I am a huge fan of both. When winter approaches one of my go-to colours for both shoes and bags is a special dark brown that we call “Testa di moro” in Italian, this is a colour that is only used for leather and I love it. When I read that TNS created a nail polish shade inspired to it I knew I had to have it and you’ll get to see it today.
TNS Testa di Moro* is a brown creme - not as dark as the name would suggest - plus it has a strong red undertone. Under some lighting it almost looks like a dark mauve, very unique. Application is very easy as you might expect from a salon brand. However I must say Testa di Moro is less opaque than the average TNS nail polishes I’ve tried so far. I did two coats but suggest three for a smoother colour. Drying time is fast and finish is glossy.

Non è particolare? Penso che sia il giusto compromesso per chi non ama il marrone sulle unghie, grazie alla forte componente rossa. Io lo trovo molto sofisticato, e già m’immagino come starà bene coi miei stivali tacco a spillo dello stesso colore!

Isn’t it quite unique? I think this is the kind of brown everyone can wear thanks to the strong red tone. I find it very sophisticated and I can’t wait to match it with my high heels boots that are the same shade!
