GOT: Orange - Sinful Colors Cloud 9 + gradient

Hi everyone! Weekly time for GOT challenge and it's time for orange! I shopped my stash for some old polishes and I picked Sinful Colors Cloud 9. I remember I was looking at it every time I went to the store that sells Sinful over here. And I kept saying to myself I didn't need it. But then, that gorgeous golden shimmer was calling my name so loud! And I just had to save it and give it a new home. And then I kinda forgot it in my Helmer (along with billions more bottles). Anyway, it's its turn! Sinful Colors Cloud 9 is a pretty orange with golden shimmer which make it quite yellowish compared to other oranges I have. It's also quite sheer. In my pics I have 3 coats on and VNL is still kinda visible. That's a shame but they were easy coat and it dried fast so I can't really complain.

Ciao a tutti! Eccosi al ns appuntamento settimanale con la GOT. Ho frugato un po’ tra i miei smalti vecchi e ho scelto il Sinful Colors Cloud 9. Ricordo che ogni volta che andavo all’OVS continuavo a guardarlo dicendomi però che non ne avevo bisogno. Però quello shimmer dorato… io non ce la faccio a resistere. E quindi alla fine l’ho adottato. Per poi abbandonarlo dentro l’Helmer… assieme a tanti altri smalti. Ma finalmente è arrivato anche il suo turno! Il Sinful Colors Cloud 9 è un bell’arancio con shimmer dorato che lo fa sembrare più giallastro di altri arancioni che ho. E’ anche abbastanza trasparente. Nelle mie foto sono 3 passate e ancora si vede un po’ la linea dell’unghia. Un peccato, cmq è stato facile stenderlo e si asciugato in fretta quindi non posso davvero lamentarmi.

I did a glittery gradient with Shaka Joy in the end but I am not happy about it. Joy has a coloured base and it’s very pigmented so I couldn’t get a smooth transition there. I also tried stamping over the gradient to hide it a little bit but the result was awful. Oh well, next time guys!

Ho fatto una gradient glitter con lo Shaka Joy ma non ne sono soddisfatta. Il Joy ha base colorata ed è troppo pigmentato quindi non sono riuscita ad avere una sfumatura più morbida. Ho anche provato a stamparci sopra ed è stato un fallimento. Oh bhe, prossima volta!
