Hi everyone! I guess I have been somewhat MIA this week. I’m so sorry! It’s always like that for me when holidays are approaching. I struggle to find the time to do anything.
Anyway, last month I stumbled upon a brand new L’Oreal collection: Les Blancs. It’s all washed out pastels which looked perfect for Spring and as nail art bases. I really wanted them all but the price tag of these minis is outrageous. I decided to pick the one I liked best: Lemon Meringue.
L’Oreal Lemon Meringue is a very pale yellow, or better a white with a drop of yellow in it. Formula was not the worse pastel I’ve worked with but also not easy. The good thing is that European L’oreals have my ever favourite brush so that really helped me.
Pics are two coats without top coat. You can still see some bald spots here and there but I just didn’t want to use another coat.
Ciao a tutti! Suppongo di essere stata un po’ assente questa settimana. Mi dispiace, ma ammetto che quando si avvicina qualche festa è sempre così. Faccio fatica a gestire il tempo.
Cmq, il mese scorso mi sono trovata davanti a un nuovissimo espositore della collezione L’Oreal Les Blancs. Sono dei pastelli dai colori annacquati che mi sono subito sembrati perfetti per la primavera e come base da nail art. Li avrei presi tutti non fosse per il prezzo assurdo che hanno queste boccettine. Ho deciso di scegliere quello che mi piaceva di più: il Lemon Meringue.
Il L’Oreal Lemon Meringueè un giallino pallido, o meglio un bianco con una goccia di giallo. parlando di stesura, non è tra i pastelli peggiori che io abbia mai provato ma non è nemmeno tra i migliori. La cosa bella è il pennello, che io adoro, e che mi ha aiutato parecchio con la stesura.
In foto due passate senza top coat. Si vedono ancora dei buchi più chiari ma non ho avuto voglia di dare una terza mano.
