Hi everyone! Easter is fast approaching and as I told you yesterday holidays really mess me up. I had a lot of plans for today since I am home from work and you guess what? Right, I managed to do nothing at all of what I had planned! That also included a different Easter mani for today’s post but alas, I’ve gotta stick to the first one I had created yesterday. Not my best nail art I know. I didn’t expect anything better though. I’ve never been good at painting and this is just the proof. I had bought a nail art brushes’ set some time ago and I decided to give it a go. I took inspiration from an Easter egg decoration and this is the result.
Ciao a tutti! La Pasqua si avvicina e come vi ho accennato ieri le feste mi scombussolano sempre. Oggi ero a casa dal lavoro e avevo una marea di cose che mi ero ripromessa di fare durante il giorno. Ma secondo voi ne ho fatta qualcuna? NOOOOO!!!!! Tra le altre cose volevo anche provare un’altra nail art per oggi ma niente di fatto. Dovete accontentarvi di quella che avevo preparato ieri, che davvero non è la mia migliore prova. Me lo aspettavo però, non sono mai stata brava a disegnare e questa ne è la prova. Un po’ di tempo fa avevo comprato un set di pennelli da nail art e ieri mi è venuta l’ideona di provarli per replicare un uovo di Pasqua decorativo che abbiamo in casa. Ecco cosa è uscito.

That’s the egg I was inspired by! And the one in the background is the one I wanted to attempt today using striping tape instead of free handing ;)
I used Nyx Matte White, China Glaze Calypso Blue, China Glaze Electric Beat, no-name stamping yellow, BPS flower stickers, pink rhinestone on my pinkie only and topped it all with NYC Classy Glassy.
I am pretty sure the other Rainbow Ladies had better luck with today’s theme, let’s have a look!
