Andy Maid 187

Hi everyone!

Yet another Italian brand that I recently got to know at Cosmoprof Italy.

Andy Maid Luxury Nails Lacquers are made in Italy and they are professional products only available in selected salons.

Andy Maid n. 187 is a bright almost neon salmon leaning coral shade. Hard to photograph but I swear it’s amazing. I must say the difference between a standard nail polish and a professional one was really obvious when painting my nails. Brush and formula were just perfect and once again I needed no cleanup after I was done. Andy Maid n. 187 was super glossy on its own and opaque in two coats. Not sure why it looks like my VNL is visible from the photos, I swear it wasn’t in real life.

I must admit this nail lacquer only has a single fault: it takes forever to dry. I mean, it’s no big deal since you can use any fast drying top coat to seal it. But gosh, it’s almost a shame to need a top coat when it would be so perfectly glossy on its own!

Anyway, let’s have a look. These are two coats before top coat (3 on my middle fingernail because I smudged it before top coating).

Oggi vi parlo di un nuovo brand, conosciuto al Cosmoprof.

Andy Maid Luxury Nails Lacquers sono smalti creati e prodotti in Italia e sono smalti professionali, reperibili solo presso i centri estetici.

Andy Maid n. 187è un color salmone al limite del corallo, quasi neon tanto è vivace. Difficile da fotografare ma bellissimo! Devo dire che la differenza tra uno smalto “standard” e uno smalto professionale è stata veramente netta. Il pennello e la formulazione dello smalto sono perfette e ancora una volta non ho avuto bisogno di fare pulizia attorno alle cuticole. Andy Maid n. 187 è lucido anche senza top coat ed è perfettamente coprente in due passate.

Devo aggiungere che a questo smalto ho trovato un unico difetto: leeeeeeeeeeento ad asciugare! Non che sia un problema in sè, perchè sono ben armata di top coat ad asciugatura rapida, però mi sembra quasi un peccato dover usare un top coat su uno smalto che sarebbe già così lucido di suo.

Cmq, vediamolo! Queste sono due passate, tre sul medio perchè l’ho rovinato prima di mettere il top coat…
